Job's Tears seed with the beautiful orange spondylus shell beads.  Job's tears comes from a tall grain-bearing perennial tropical plant of the family poaceae. The orange spondylus was precious to the ancient CHamorus for their rarity. These earrings are a great accessory for work outfits or an evening ensemble. Designed by Master Carver-Body Ornamentation artist Jill Benavente.
