All information is kept private for the Guampedia Heritage Gift Shop's use only. The Guampedia Heritage Gift Shop utilizes Shopify, an e-commerce platform developed primarily for building and managing online stores. With Shopify, transactions are secure and meet the highest standards of e-commerce security. You may also make secure purchases using PayPal.

The Guampedia Heritage Gift Shop is operated and managed by Guampedia, Inc. We are located at House #3 Deans Circle, University of Guam, in Mangilao, Guam. We are an independent nonprofit organization (incorporated on Guam in 2008) and an affiliate of the Richard F. Taitano Micronesian Area Research Center (MARC) at the University of Guam. We manage Guampedia.com, an educational website that provides resources and information about the unique history, culture and people of Guam, Mariana Islands.

The Guampedia Heritage Gift Shop recognizes the need for customers to control the use and management of personal information that can be used to identify or contact an individual. This includes first and last names, a physical address, an email address, an identification number or phone number. If you are visiting our site to browse merchandise or find information about us or our products, you do not need to provide any personal information. If you decide to make a purchase, however, we do collect this information so that we may be able to provide you with the product or service you requested, and so we may contact you with any information regarding your order.

The Guampedia Heritage Gift Shop website makes use of various technologies to collect information about types and versions of internet browsers used when accessing our website. The Guampedia Heritage Gift Shop uses personal information provided by you so that we can service your order.
